So my wife actually went this year and we cooked with it being in the 80-90's with just enough humidity to be uncomfortable. I’m beat so I’m just going to post most of the pictures I took . Once again we were at the old Seiberling residence Stan Hywet in Akron. I’ll educate you all in the name Stan Hywet which wasn’t a person but the Old English name for “stone quarry”. Its a wonderful event at an awesome location. I’m guessing there were over 500 cars this year. Can’t wait until September 9th when the La Macchina Molto Bella show moves to this same location. Should be another awesome event.

I always enjoy this show. It has something for everyone.

All photos were taken with my favorite compact camera the Pentax Q7 using either the 01 prime lens or the 02 zoom.

Hey! I live in Bath and I thought about going to this, but had to go up to Cleveland.

Have you seen that Ferrari FF that lives somewhere in West Akron? Probably Bath or Richfield.

It may have been at the Molto Bella show last year. Lots of Italian machines at that one every year.

The weird thing is I’ve only ever seen it coming up from the valley on Sand Run or Smith, and only ever in the rain, and I’ve probably seen it five or six times.

Thanks. I’ve been to the show about a dozen time over 30+ yrs and always see something rare I’d never seen before. Its now features a century of cars. Shocked this time to see a guy in his early 40s who had restored a 30's Ford. Most of that age are usually into 50's and up cars.

Yeah that’s not the demographic that is typically into 1930s cars so much as to restore one. But that’s cool. The world could probably use more people like him.
